The Esperance Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Customer Service Award winner for January, Anella Fissioli was presented with her certificate on Friday 12th March by the Chambers Executive Officer Bronwyn McLeod.
Anella is a school student who works after school hours and Saturday mornings at Secret Wishes Total Wellness as a junior sales assistant. Part of Anella’s job is to sell Secret Wishes clothes and products to its customers but part of her job to also give the best possible Customer Service to her customers that she can which is why Anella is the winner of the January Customer Service Award.
Anella first came to Secret Wishes as a work placement student and was so good, the owner Jenell offered her a part-time job. Anella had not done this type of work before and was nervous when she first started but loves all of it, especially helping her customers.
Jenell is very proud of Anella, as she is a quick and willing learner, a good listener (especially at such a young age) and is very respectful to all customers. Jenell also said that Anella treats everyone the same and connects with all customers. Anella would like to thank everyone for the support and for Secret Wishes for giving her a chance to show what she can do.
Oli Stevenson from Southern Sports & Tackle was also nominated for the January Customer Service Award where his passion for fishing shows in his customer service.
Anella is now eligible to win the Customer Service Person for the Year. Congratulations Anella.
