The Esperance Chamber of Commerce and Industry Customer Service Award (CSA) recognises members of the community who excel in delivering customer service. We believe this is vital to a thriving business community, and it is important to acknowledge those that go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service.

Monthly winners will be featured on the ECCI website, and receive a voucher to spend at an ECCI Member business. Monthly winners will be automatically nominated for the overall CSA, presented at the ECCI Celebration Evening in October 2023.
