Congratulations to Dr Ella Fowler from Swans Veterinary Services, who was presented the Customer Service Award for the month of June!
Dr Fowler was nominated for her extremely compassionate, professional, and caring nature, particularly at a difficult time when their dog was diagnosed with a heart tumour. The nominee described Dr Fowler as exceptional, and they appreciated the kind follow-up following their dog’s passing.
Dr Fowler returned to her hometown of Esperance in January, following time in Perth studying and working. She has always admired Swans Veterinary Services and aspired to work there one day, particularly after Year 10 work placement, and weeks of veterinary placement too. She feels very luck to now be part of a clinic that welcomes so many students and thoroughly enjoys passing on her tips and tricks to others.
Dr Fowler accredits her incredible service to Swans Veterinary Services, as they ‘have always gone above the general job description to help people learn and understand what we do and why we do it’.
