The Esperance Chamber of Commerce and Industry is pleased to celebrate the conclusion of the 2025 Customer Service Award program, recognising the dedication and outstanding service of local businesses throughout the year.


Congratulations to our Customer Service Award Winner of the Year, Katherine O’Dea from Aurelia’s Ice Creamery & Café, and to our People’s Choice Award recipient, Sheldon Broughton from SEA Heavy Diesel. Rob Alexander, Director at SEA, accepted the award on Sheldon’s behalf.


Both winners were acknowledged at our final Business After Hours of the year, held in partnership with Esperance Communications, where we celebrated their achievements and the exceptional service that makes Esperance such a vibrant community.
