On the Wednesday 11th of August Michele Stokes at Esperance Break Away Café was presented with the ECCI Customer Service Award Winner for the month of July.
Michele has owned Esperance Break Away Café for over 3 months now and absolutely loves what she does, the fast pace and the returning customers is what motivates Michele and her staff. Michele was nominated for being very engaging with customers no matter how busy it is. Michele’s nominee says, “The entire time we were there she was smiling, clearing tables and sanitised everything on someone’s departure with a “goodbye and have a great day” this is what customer service is all about!” Outside of working at the Break Away Café, Michele also enjoys keeping herself busy with her very own Amore Events to plan weddings and organise catering.
Michele would like to say a big thank you to the person/s who nominated her and for noticing how herself and the staff put hard work in to keep customers happy and have them returning to the Break Away Café.
