Congratulations to Leonie de Haas, owner of Just One More Stitch, who was presented the Customer Service Award for the month of March by the Esperance Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Just One More Stitch has the largest selection of Quiltworx patterns in WA, and a collection of 180 vintage/veteran/antique sewing machines. Leonie has owned Just One More Stitch for 12 years. The shop was described by the nominator as ‘an amazing shop full of history, with so many previous sewing machines’, and the owner as ‘such a knowledgeable and lovely lady serving us’.
What Leonie loves most about her shop is the variety of things that they offer. The biggest challenge she faces with the business is keeping up with the changes in the industry such as technology and getting supplies to Esperance. There is never a dull moment in the Just One More Stitch shop, and she attributes her customers as the backbone of the business.
