On Saturday 30 October the Chamber hosted the End of Year Celebration Evening which was attended by approximately 130 people.
The evening began with the launch of the Goldfields-Esperance Food and Beverage Capability Guide ‘The Guide’ by the Hon Shelley Payne MLC. ‘The Guide’ is an opportunity for all local Food and Beverage businesses in the region to promote their products to caterers, wholesalers, restaurants and consumers within and outside the region. We were also lucky enough to have Mick Collis as our MC for the evening – author, poet and sports commentator who Dared to Dream his Dream. He was most engaging and entertaining.
This year we wanted to celebrate and recognise our talented locals with 4 Awards: The Horizon Power Apprentice and Trainee Award, The IGO Rising Star Award, The RDAGE Innovation and Excellence Award and The GEDC Customer Excellence Award. Congratulations to all nominees and winners of the evening.
