This session is designed for women in business and leadership roles who are capable, committed, and often carrying more than what’s visible on the surface. Rather than focusing on productivity or resilience, this workshop explores the mental load of leadership, the constant decision-making, emotional responsibility, and pressure that comes with running a business, and how it can quietly lead to burnout.

Facilitated by Corrina Rawlinson, founder of She’s Honestly Mental, this practical and business-relevant session draws on lived experience and real-world leadership. Through honest conversation, practical insight, and gentle reflection, participants will gain clarity on why leadership can feel heavy and how to make it more sustainable without compromising ambition or professionalism.
