Welcoming Cruise Ships to Esperance: Volunteers/Bus Drivers/Guides Workshop
The Welcoming Cruise Ships to Esperance workshop will be held for the benefit of the Esperance volunteer, tour guide and bus/coach driver community and will offer valuable insights on understanding cruise line expectations and how to interact with cruise guests.

About the event
The workshops are presented by Noeleen Musu.
Noeleen has over 30 years of experience in tourism, including 14 years as CEO of Destination Perth. She has worked extensively with domestic and international markets, inbound operators, and travel trade, particularly in shore excursions. An early member of the WA Cruise Committee (now CWAWG), Noeleen is a strong advocate for cruise tourism and has participated in numerous industry conferences and events including the WA Cruise Exchange. She currently works with Akorn at the Fremantle Cruise Terminal, assisting with passenger services and shore activities.

Annabelle Hender, AGO, will also be speaking on cruise initiatives and potentially a ground handler guest speaker or Q&A. We have found ground handler participation to be extremely valuable to our attendees.
