What should the future of Flinders Estate look like?
Join the Shire of Esperance and planning and urban design consultants Niche Planning Studio for a business breakfast briefing on the Flinders Estate Concept Plan.
This session will provide an overview of the existing plan, changes in planning and development requirements over the past 20 years, and the opportunities and challenges influencing future development of the area.
We are seeking input from businesses of all sizes to help us understand the economic, tourism and employment needs of our community, and how Flinders Estate can support Esperance's future growth.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the concept plan, ask questions and complete the consultation survey, which explores priorities for housing, business, tourism and community development.
Your insights will help inform a refreshed vision for the Flinders Estate structure plan, making sure it reflects local priorities and opportunities.
