Employer: Centrecare Esperance Part- time 12-month contract

The Role: You will be the first point of contact for all clients and enquiries and will attend to the general administration duties of the branch.
This is a Part time position, working: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Each day is a full working day.
A few specifics: Answer calls promptly and in a courteous manner. Book initial client appointments and ongoing client appointments. Attend to general enquiries and provide assistance where possible including referring to other branches or agencies. Working collaboratively as part of a small administrative team. Assist clients that walk through the door for appointments or enquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
Selection Criteria: National Police Clearance
Demonstrated experience responding to customers/clients as the first point of contact including operating a multi-line telephone system.
Ability to oversee the day-to-day operation of an office and associated equipment and supplies.
Excellent computer skills to include data entry.
Ability to take minutes with speed and accuracy, proof documents, develop forms and brochures/flyers and attend to advertising requirement.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
