About the event
The program will be run over 5 weeks in a Lunch & Learn style workshop setting offering 5 topics (1 per week).
Topic 1: May 1st
Communication Pt1 (Inclusive Communication for Leaders): Learn to communicate effectively with tourists and address diverse needs professionally. Including how to create a welcoming venue for all guests, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
Topic 2: May 8th
Local Knowledge Mastery: Update your knowledge of Esperance’s tourism offerings. Ensuring you know all the places of interest, diversity of tourism offerings and resources for visitors adding value to your offering to any tourist who enters your premise.
